古い電化製品やコンピュータ周りの製品を、今までどのように処分されていたでしょうか。

その辺りの教育をあまり受けていませんよね。
We havent been educated well on how to throw away many of them...

2013年4月1日より、新しいリサイクルに関する法律が決行されました。
A new recycling law was officially started on the 1st of April, 2013.
